First Step :

Second Step: Change the  Hey... say something! (well, at least something that's long enough to make this comment box grow scrollbars...)
With your text!
Third Step:

1.now go to blogger.com 
2. select your blog
3.create post
4.you will see compose and html button near the blogger logo
5.Paste the above code and then select compose!
Then delete the submit button (not the textbox) :)

                              Very Simple! Done!
